Friends I posted 2 updated images of this case via Upload Server of ObGynNet. The follow up shows: US GA: 7 weeks Monocorionic Diamniotic Gemelar Gestation. Embryo 1 is smaller but his Yolk sac has regular shape (CRL 7.7mm EHR 129bpm) Embryo 2 is larger but his Yolk sac has irregular shape (CRL 8.7mm EHR 139bpm) Comments??? Regards Mário Libardi,M.D.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
