Agreed. I noticed that... but I think Dr. Libardi's may be at a an earlier stage and the amnion is still tightly around the embryo, like a " >tight shirt
" as Dr. Moroder pointed out.

Look closely at the images on http://www.obgyn.net/us/us.asp?page=/us/present/0301/libardi_oneembryo and notice the centimeter marks at the side. They appear to be about the same side, but according to the scale, Dr. Libardi's case is about half as large as the image from the textbook.

We will probably just have to wait for the follow-up on this one.
