These do look like multiple endometriomas. Is there any chance this is related to post fertility treatment by ovulation inducing drugs ? I have seen hyperstimuled ovaries with hemorrhagic cysts look similar to what you have shown here. Uzma Imran M.D

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
