Informal Case: Live Ectopic PregnancyFrom: Louise Richard (louiserichard@sbcglobal.net)Tue Dec 31 18:56:21 2002
Hello. I am 31 years old and I am pregnant for the third time. The 1st pregnancy went to term and I had a healthy baby. My second pregnancy, I decided to abort. Now I'm pregnant for a third time and I went in for my 4 month check up. During my sonogram, the tech typed, (sag placenta). What does that mean? I didn't think to ask at the time but the word "sag" scares me. Please help. Thank you, Karen Richard P.S. Will you please send your answer to my email address at work. karichar@vartect.net. This is my mother's internet and email address. Thanks again.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
