3D Multiplanar Endometrium

When a woman has a transvaginal ultrasound done; where there is "No gross abnormality seen except for the fundal uterine cavity appearing as fluid filled (clear). Her CR 125 count came back at 256 H (1) , would this be anything to be alarmed at?
