Dear friends (Terry, Zalel, Patrizia, Dianne, Anatoly, Art, Mario, Judy and others), Thank you so much for your response to my case presentation. Regarding the clinical details- the patient is a young female (29 yrs age) , with her LMP being 22nd November. ie- she is in the follicular or proliferative phase. She has no significant complaints other than her being infertile. One correction- the endometrium is 12 mm (not 20 mm as I erroneously mentioned). Incidentally, I referred Callen's textbook-- there is an almost exactly similiar image shown under the description of Endometrial polyp. Joe, India

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
