Dear Colleagues I would like to submit you a problem I performed ultrascreening test to a patients of mine and the result was risk of down syndrome for maternal age 1:411 risk of down syndrome after nuchal traslucency and FBHCG and PAPP_A dosage 1:3212 At 16 week of gestation tri-test gave this result risk of down syndrome 1:381 the question is: do you know how to calculate the sequential risk? thank you kind regards Dr patrizia
