I have been unable to format MO disks that are 640MB,
though I have no problem with the 230MB ones. Has
anyone had a similar problem with the ATL HDI5000?

You can also use weblink to connect your machine
directly to the computer and import images as JPEG
files.

I agree, the 640MB MO discs do not work on the HDI 5000. I use 128 and 230 MB.
