I'm 17 years old, this is my first pregnancy. I'm 18 weeks old and my doctor found the band around my baby but not in contact with her . As my baby grows what will happen to this band and is there anyway to get rid of it?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
