I think is a dichorionic diamniotic pregnancy.The image 10 give us a good wiew. In this case is possible the selective fethicide, with a 20% (minimum) of risk for the healthy fetus. Laser coagulation of cord or with ClK classic. Best regards

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
