Re: Level three sonogramFrom: DuBose, Terry (DuboseTerryJ@uams.edu)Wed Jul 17 11:33:12 2002
You are correct, and Shakespeare is correct... to a point. If you call up a florist and ask for carnations, I doubt you will get roses. There in lies the problem... how is the public to distinguish between the expected quality of sonography if not by credentialing or some kind of registry? Just looking through the phonebook certainly won't tell them anything. Peace, Terry J. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
