Yes I understand, that is a major contradiction... the "entertainers" get cash, while real medical folks have to beg the 3rd party payers.

the laugh is on us - these characters get paid upfront - cash, check or master card. we, on the other hand, dealing with medical questions, rely on the largesse of insurance companies. anyone else see the problem?
