i certainly would mention that as part of the differential.if the yolk sac was abnormal in size of shape then it is most likely an impending miscarriage.on the other hand if everything appears normal other than its position i have seen large bleeds that can cause this appearance and all is ok.serial hcgs will give an answer in a few days. shane clark rdms
