Guys, Right! Let us report those who can find out what is right about a baby to save it, but uphold those who seek to find out what is wrong, to destroy it! The ONLY question, IMHO, is TRUTH and falsehood. False and misleading scans should be censured if the result of carelessness or inadequate technique. We should not buy GE equipment while they are promoting this 4D crap with no demonstration of clinical benefit. (Of course I did say this about color, which I use every day, Hmmm) If I were the third party payer I would NEVER pay for this 3D unless a diagnosis was made with it and not by 2D. I would then do a QA of the site in question regarding their qualification to submit for reimbursement. Jim

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
