Lateral Ventricle

Hi,

I had an ultrasound at 19.5 weeks and everything else was normal except that the lateral ventricle measured 9mm. The Ultrasound doctor said that it was on the higher normal side and will like to do an u/s in another 8 weeks. What does this mean ? Does this mean a down syndrome ? Will the lateral ventricle grow as i progress further in the pregnancy.

Please let me know?

Thanks
