early intrautreine pregnancy

This patient has history of 2 months of amen and now complains of profuse bleeding .

On USG : No extrauterine pregnancy or free fluid Yolk sac and GS present. Normal ovaries But the GS was implanted in the lower Uterine body.

Does is signify threatened abortion ?

Can we mention as sonologist as a possibility of impending threatened abortion in Impression.

Is a low lying gestational sac a sign of threatened abortion
