LLQ Mass in a 10yr Old Female.From: Elizspi23@aol.comFri Mar 15 17:49:08 2002
i have had the copper iud since november, 2001 and i have had cramping on the lower right side of the pelvic area. could it possibly be that it has dislodged itself? i have never felt the string either....not even 2 days after insertion. and to make matters worse i have not had a period in 8 weeks. i have an appointment in 2 weeks to check the iud, but do i need to try and schedule earlier? danielle email: elizspi23@aol.com

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
