New case & sonoembryology

We have a new informal case that Dr. Wolfgang Moroder would like some input.

I am not sure about the early appearance of the femoral epiphyses and the humeral epicondyles, but I suspect these "cystic" structures are really normal cartilaginous epiphyses.
