On ultrasound, the uterus is bulky 9.5 x 5.0 x 6 cms size. On transvaginal scan: there is tenderness over the uterus with multiple hypoechoic areas in the myometrium. There were also multiple dilated vessels in the myometrium. What do you say? Below is the tV scan pic. Joe. Cochin , India.
