Ultrasound jobs.

Hi there:

I am a foreign medical school graduate. However, instead of becoming a physician in the USA, I am exploring the idea of getting into ob/gyn ultrasound.

I am wondering what do I need to get a job in ob/gyn ultrasound and typically where would there be such jobs? Is it in ob/gyn clinics and hospitals?

I will appreciate any recommendation from you. I want to study few things on my own. I want to study radiological anatomy, and more about ob/gyn ultrasound on my own or through continuing medical education. But I am not sure if I have to go through a college again.

Thanks and have a great day.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
