I think doppler us have to be make by an obstetric and not a radiologist, because it alls depend of the evolution of the pregnancy to say how often and how is the fetuses. We dont have any rules to frequency of doppler, it is dependent of the sensibility of the obstetrician, prefer specially in fetal medicine.
