Hi... i find this book at Amazon, but nothing about CD-rom. Where i can find the cd-rom? Another suggestion of Cd-rom?

I also suggest the CD-rom with all of the images from Textbook of Diagnostic Ultrasound by Sandra Hagen-Ansert it is published by Mosby
