This woman absolutely had tri-amniotic, tri-chorionic pregnancy. She had been scanned at the first trimester, and chorionicity was clearly defined. (She became pregnant following ovulation induction.) Anencephalic fetus is female, the others, e.i. healthy fetus and hydrocephalic one are male, and their placentas far to each other.) The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
