Yes, Mary, I would like to know the outcome.

This looks like possibly three loops of deeply indenting cord. I cannot be sure of what part of the fetus the cord is indenting, but probably the neck. I would report this, indeed. I also think it is important to report nuchal cords in breeches near term.

In the past year I have seen 2 or 3 cords deeply indenting the back of the neck, much as this image only a single loop. In some I could not be certain the cord went all around the neck, since I could not image the front of the neck. These babies had no trouble at vaginal delivery.
