Hi,

A case of threatened abortion was advised usg in morning, reported viable fetus, cervical status satisfactory; Product expelled at evening.Usg guy's comment to the party was full bladder togather with pressure by transducer is the key factor to initiate the expulsion-so it shouldn't be advised.I suppose exploration per vagina is more risky.Let me know what you say on his suggestion 'not to do it'.Should the usg guys comment clinically?
