Dear colleagues: One colleague missed a spina bifida in a sonogram made a 13 w,and another a 20 w; the jury ask me to do the evaluation, as an expert; really it is not easy to explain to the judge that the echography can identify it, but not always and to explain that is a dynamic method with a lot of variables. I have some papers about that, but may be you can send some more information. Thank you
