very illustrative - of note is the one image with the apparent present nasal bone which is not seen in the other image - could this have been merely a reflector as noted in the Lancet article? if so - a reminder of this caveat. i still would like to know the significance of absence of an apparent nasal bone with a normal nuchal translucency. am sure that eventually, we'll all run into that one since many patients simply do not read the journals.
