My system did not recognise them but they did open when i saved them as files and opened them in quicktime viewer!

It is probably your ISP, or browser... perhaps security set high to keep out virus attachements. Once/If the Editorial Advisory Board approves the images we will post them to the Informal Cases so all can view. Thanks.
