Disappearing twin?

I have had a doctor tell me that I may have faternal twins. But the downfall is that the second sac is not as developed as the first. One is 3mm and the other is 2.3mm. The doctor also explained that the first sac may absorb the second.

I'm at a loss and would like more information on this......

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
