Should I get another opinion

Hello - I am 23 weeks pregnant and at my 20 week level two ultrasound, a pleural effusion was detected. It was so small that they were trying to decide if it really was fluid or not. They decided it was. It is on the right side. I had another ultrasound today, 3 weeks later and there is no change. Everything else looks okay. I had an amnio and blood work to check for infections. All tests came out okay.

The dr's don't seem too concerned at this point and want to do another ultrasound in 4 weeks. Do I need to be worried about this and should I get another opinion? Is this something that could just go away?

Thank you.
