Re: Sonography of the Breast?body=http://www.obgyn.net/bh/articleFrom: DuBose, Terry (DuboseTerryJ@uams.edu)Wed Oct 17 10:53:54 2001
I agree. Cindy Rapp, RDMS, is one of the world's leading experts on breast sonography, and she has lectured over most of the world... America, Asia, and Europe. We are fortunate to have her on our EAB, and her article here. http://www.obgyn.net/bh/articles/newbreasthandoutII.htm <http://www.obgyn.net/bh/articles/newbreasthandoutII.htm> Breast CMEs are available for Sonographers (ARDMS) through the SDMS site. The CME examination is based upon Cindy's article and linked. This article was first given as a lecture at the SDMS Annual Conference, the article here is adapted from her lecture syllabus. For CMEs see: http://www.sdms.org/members/3351/default.asp <http://www.sdms.org/members/3351/default.asp> We would certainly welcome good breast images to add to our informal case studies and gallery. Good examples with follow-up are most useful and educational. To upload images, please go to: http://apps.obgyn.net/ultrasound/photos.cfm <http://apps.obgyn.net/ultrasound/photos.cfm> Thanks. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
