Arnie, It all depends. Some are obvious and some are not. Some are fatal and some resolve on their own with no pathology. Image is everything. The standard of care is to look, and not necessarily to see. Was the bladder seen? The kidneys? The amniotic fluid? Show us the images you are talking about. Jim Smeltzer

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
