Dear Mrs Caligiuri

Uterine polyps are benign and ten to recur. They can be removed by Hysteroscope. The decisin to have hysterctomy will depen on other factors. From the history you gave I think operative hystroscopy will be enough to control the symptoms as well as removing the polyp. It usually have 90% success. It si minor procedure and you will be able to go home on the same day. Hatem Matar M. R.C.O G

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
