Dear Belal, It is a Beginner's problem. Methodical approach is the solution. A plane problem, Yes. Perform slices that are parallel and go from one end of the uterus to the other and this error will never occur. ( Singleton seen as twins) In this day and age there is no excuse for such gross mistakes. It is indeed unfortunate that someones really pays hard earned money for an Ultrasound examination of this quality. ..Udayakumar Belal Hossain wrote:

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
