This female genocide is simply disgusting and I hope that US sonographers/sonologists will make all possible efforts to prevent Indian citizens to bypass their country rules. I was in India recently and I was appalled to learn that is some regions the atrocity has reached a level of 20% of female killed. Please do stand firm on this barbaric issue. I am a very prochoice person but this genocide is worse than what we experienced in Europe 60 years ago. Please do stand firm on this barbaric issue. "Choosing the sex of your baby: new scientific reality," declared another in the same publication. A third ad ran in both India Abroad and the North American edition of The Indian Express. "Pregnant?" it said. "Wanna know the gender of your baby right now?" It is ironic that this practice is (at least technically) illegal in India, yet can flourish in the land of the free and fast buck.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
