Ann Polin returns from AfricaFrom: DuBose, Terry (DuboseTerryJ@uams.edu)Tue Aug 14 16:50:00 2001
Folks, our own Ann Polin, RDMS, who spent a year in sub-Saharan Africa teaching sonography in Ghana has an article in the July 23, 2001 issue of RT-Image 14(30)21-23. Ann posted periodic updates on OBGYN.net from the time she was preparing to go to Africa, until just recently. See: http://www.obgyn.net/yw/articles/africa/project_africa.htm Ann's photo album is at: http://www.obgyn.net/yw/articles/africa/photo_album.htm If you would like to download a PDF file of the RT-Image article (with color pics) you may do so at: http://www.rt-image.com/pastissues.cfm Down the page you can do a word search for Africa... look for Vol.14 No 30. It was good of Ann to share her trip with us. Thanks Ann, and welcome home. Peace, Terry J. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
