WHEN A YOUNG WOMEN IN HER 30'S HAS BEEN TOLD SHE HAS AN ENLARGED UTERUS ,(POLYPS,AND FIBROIDS THAT WHERE REMOVED DURING A RECENT HYTERSCOPY) AND HER CHIEF COMPLAINT IS VERY LOW ANEMIA LEVELS DUE TO HEAVY MENSTRUAL CYCLE.
