this is a case of bad obstetric history with foetal loss in the previous four conceptions in 1st trimester due to various reasons. this time, in her fifth conception, the ultrasound scan done by 25th week of gestation shows features of agenesis of inferior cerebellar vermis and dandy-walker variant with no ventriculomegaly. how to go about in this case? any one else faced with similar kind of problem?
