Doppler of the Uterus

We have a pt scheduled for "Pelvic Ultrasound with Doppler" - tomorrow. No previous studies at our institution. History is 5 years of Tamoxifen. My question is: what do we look for in identifying abnormal vs abnormal vascularity? I looked at m OB/GYN book by Callen and believe that it stated that Doppler is not useful in diagnosing endometrial CA.

I would like to do my best for this patient and would appreciate any suggestions

Thanks, T. DeCorah
