Dear Nayana, Charts and graphs for all the ratios of all the vessels are available. Ductus venosus however is looked at differently . It is such a crucial link in fetal circulation and is always pulsatile. The Nadir (atrial systolic component) of the DV waveform should be well above the baseline on the same side as the other 2 spikes. Quiet simply, it is unidirectional flow at all times. Reversed flow ( atrail systole) is an Ominous sign. I report peak DV velocity and emphasis on the nadir. ..Udayakumar
