Re: Isthmical-Cervical_ectopic_pregnancyFrom: Terry J DuBose (tjdubose@juno.com)Wed Jun 6 05:43:19 2001
Dr. Bacigalupo, I have not seen a cervical pregnancy as late as 10 weeks. The FHR should be faster than 150-155 B/M at that time (http://www.obgyn.net/us/cotm/0001/ehr2000.htm )... I suspect that it is an impending loss. We would be pleased to post a couple of good images of this case once you know the outcome, if you wish. Thanks for your participation, and good luck.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
