Hace diez dias diagnostique por ultrasonido, un feto femenino de 35 semanas ( primer control) con gastrosquisis. Madre primigesta de 22 años. Trabajo en una poblacion pequeña por lo que derive a la paciente. Sometida a cesarea y la niña que peso 2400 gramos, operada inmediatamente. Actualmente evoluciona favorablemanente y pesa 2700 gramos. Es mi primer caso de esta patologia. Atentamente. Dr Carlos A. Vazquez.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
