I am not sure... Ultrasound@OBGYN.net might be a good place to start. See: http://forums.obgyn.net/ultrasound/ I know of no courses anywhere specific to sonography for physicians only, most include both sonographers and sonologists.. My program is for 18 months (Abd & OB/Gyn) or 2 years (Abd, OB/Gyn, and cardiac or vascular) and we have had one physician come through... though most are non-physician sonographers and nurses. The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
