I am 17 weeks pregnant, yesterday my baby was diagnosed with having this condition Gastroschisis. My consultant carried out an amniocentisis for which I must await the results.

Could you please advise me how common the condition Gastroschisis is? Also what other abnormalities are connected with this condition?

I look forward to hearing from you in the near future,

Kind Regards Dallas Jones
