How was fetal pyelectasis defined in the second trimester (20 weeks)?

Also, are the upper normal limit measurements for a right fetal kidney in the second trimester (20 weeks) different from what is considered normal or upper normal measurements for the left fetal kidney during that time.

Was there any correlation found between mild fetal pyelectasis and Down's? If so, was it in conjunction with other findings. How did triple screenresults correlate to ultrasound findings?
