I suspect that if you were skilled with a 3D machine, you would save time in obtaining the nuchal translucency: one sweep to acquire the volume, then look at the multiplanar display and obtain the midsagittal view, and you are able to measure the nuchal translucency. (Probably it does not work that way in actual practice).

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education.
