Folks. Y'all should take a look at the SDMS Web site! It is improving rapidly... and will more so in the next few weeks/months.

Right now SDMS members can actually see the current (and future issues as they are published) issues of the JDMS as PDF files... these are the complete electronic versions of the articles! These will make excellent review articles for students and folks preparing for the ARDMS exams... and many carry free CMEs... for members only. And remember that students get a reduced rate on membership, yet can access all the areas on the SDMS web pages. I find this very exciting... with the electronic versions of the articles, it is easy to do a key word search and find the exact sentence/paragraph you want in the article. . See: http://www.SDMS.org and http://www.sdms.org/members/default.asp

This is really exciting!

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
