A friend of mine was told that she had a cyst last week she has not felt better she went to the doctors and has now been informed that her pelvic kidney's are separated on top of that she is 9 weeks pregnant of course the doctor said don't be alarmed she doesn't have access to a computer so I would like to know how serious of a problem is this? Can she die?

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
