I agree with this point of view as he is the Primary Physician. The sonologist who now acts as a diagnostician and not as a clinician could only *suggest* possible treatment modalities but it is up to the Primary Physician to decide.

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit.
