Dr Tung Is there RH incompatibility? I think you should repeat US in two weeks from now, to go for to confirm growth retard, second to do bilirubine dosage and lilley curve (spectrophotometry) in the amniotic fluid, The BB here has direct relation with fetal anemia. Even there isn't Rh incompatibility you should search for irregular antibody in the ABO - Rh system and infections (citomegalovirus, toxoplasmosis, sifilis, HIV) too. Claudia Inhaia

The American Medical Association is no longer designating CME hours for AMA Category II CME credit. However, physicians themselves may self designate learning activities as Category II CME credit hours if they feel it is of sufficient educational merit and meets the formal definitions of continuing medical education. OBGYN.net believes these interaction in this forum meets these criteria. For further information see the AMA web site.
